Book online whenever it suits you, or give us a ring and we'll book you in for a visit.
The visit
We go through the job with you and explain your options in plain English.
An upfront, locked-in price
We give you a price in writing, usually on the spot. If the job needs unusual parts, we price them first and send it through. Once it's agreed, the price is locked in.
Each part of the job is its own line with its own price. Replacing the power points and putting up a chandelier, for example, are two separate lines. You can see what each part costs and choose what goes ahead.
If something unexpected turns up once the walls are open, we tell you and price it before doing anything extra.
25-year workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our work, so every job comes with a 25-year workmanship guarantee. If anything we've done isn't right, ring us and we'll come back and fix it at no cost to you.
The parts we fit are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
