New power points and light switches

Flat modern switches in place of the yellowed old ones, and power right where you need it, at the bench, the bedside, the desk and the TV.For homes in Hunters Hill, Lane Cove & Canada Bay.

Sound familiar?

  • The switches and power points have gone yellow, cracked or loose.
  • There's never a power point where you need one, so there are extension leads everywhere.
  • You'd like USB charging at the kitchen bench or beside the bed.
  • You want lights you can dim, or switch from your phone.
  • A new kitchen or splashback is going in, and the power points need to sit just right.

How it goes

We walk through the house with you and work out what's changing, room by room, and where each switch and power point should sit. We help you choose a range that suits the house. If your current range is still made, the new ones will match. If it isn't, we'll find the closest match, or suggest doing the room in one go so it all looks the same.

What it costs and how we price it

You get a written price, usually on the spot. Each part of the job is its own line, for example new plates through the house and extra power points in the kitchen, so you can choose what goes ahead.

The price depends on how many, which range you choose, and whether new cable has to go through the walls.
