Switchboards and power

Charge the car, heat the pool and run the air on a hot night, all at the same time, without the power dropping out.For homes in Hunters Hill, Lane Cove & Canada Bay.

Sound familiar?

  • The power trips when the oven, the kettle and the air con all run at once.
  • Something big is coming, like an electric car, a pool heater, ducted air, a studio or a battery.
  • The board's old, and you'd sleep better with modern protection on every circuit.
  • A renovation, a sale or your insurer has flagged it.
  • There's simply no room left for anything new.

How it goes

We ask what you're planning for the next few years, and set the house up for it. We manage the street connection as well, so there's only us to deal with.

A mini excavator digging a trench away from a green private power pillar, with orange conduit laid out ready to go in
New power run underground across the property, all done by us.
A hot water timer and contactors in a switchboard, each labelled with what it runs
Labelled, so anyone can see what each switch does.

What it costs and how we price it

You get a written price, usually on the spot. Each part of the job is its own line, for example the new board and the charger, so you can choose what goes ahead.

The price depends on the size of the house, what you want it to run, and whether it needs 3-phase.
