Electrician in Hunters Hill
Homes right across the peninsula, from Woolwich, Huntleys Point and Huntleys Cove up to Henley and Gladesville.
Old houses, thick walls
A lot of Hunters Hill was built from sandstone in the 1800s, and those walls are solid stone the whole way through. Many of these houses have been rewired in bits and pieces over more than a century. Much of the suburb is heritage protected, so the front of the house mostly stays as it was built.
Down at the water
Around Woolwich and Huntleys Point, plenty of blocks run all the way down to a boatshed or a jetty, a long way from the house, with salt air on everything. See pontoons, jetties and boatsheds and garden and outdoor lighting.
Gladesville and Henley
Further back from the water it's mostly federation and between-the-wars houses, many of them already extended once. A new kitchen, ducted air or an EV charger is often when an old board runs out of room. See switchboard upgrades.
