  • Exclusion for Privileged Internal Audits: Information collected during voluntary workplace safety inspections, WHS compliance audits, or analysis reports is treated as Privileged
  • Commercial Information. We explicitly do not disclose these findings to SafeWork NSW, WorkCover, or other regulatory bodies. These reports are provided solely for the Client’s internal risk management purposes.
  • Service Providers: Professional software and payment processors who facilitate our business operations.
